I called them and the first call went well and she told me a tech would call me. I called them 15min later and the second person who answered was rude. She said someone will call me and I said in how many min she said the same thing. She ignored my question and more than 10 min went by and still no call.

Good service. I have an older 03 Chevy. No chip in the key. When I copied my key the replacement showed a Chevy key. Which for my vehicle you can buy the around $10 the key only. When I receive my copy it was a generic key. Bit disappointed but it's done. Wish the machine would give the option, if it did I must have missed it

tried to make a 2011 sienna key with transponder in it, KeyMe mailed me a copy in 2days, unfortunately it didn't work, called customer service and they immediately made a refund. not too bad an experience, loved the concept, wish it worked.
